How to Order | Ready-to-Wear

Our Ready-to-Wear Collection offers the perfect balance between craftsmanship and convenience. Each pair is handcrafted in Portugal by the same artisans who create our bespoke boots, using the finest leathers and refined designs that define the Celeris heritage. Unlike made-to-measure orders, these models are produced according to our internal sizing chart, perfected through years of bespoke expertise to ensure precise fit and lasting comfort.

1.

PREPARE THE ESSENTIALS

Before taking your measurements, prepare the following:

• A soft fabric tape measure (in centimetres)
• Your usual riding gear: breeches and socks, just as if you were about to ride
• A plain sheet of A4 (or US Letter) paper
• A phone with a camera and online access
• A friend to assist you with the measurements

2.

FOLLOW THE RULES

For the best results, please follow all instructions carefully:

• Never measure yourself. Always ask someone to assist.
• Wear your usual riding gear (breeches and socks) throughout the process.
• Use a centimetre tape only — do not convert or round numbers.
• Make sure the tape is touching the leg but not tight or loose.
• Take all measurements from a standing position. Don’t twist or lean.
• Do not add or remove space.
• Measure both legs and record the larger value.
• Review and double-check every measurement before submission.

Our International Sales Team offers complimentary measurement support through a short video call or email consultation.
Simply select the checkbox Request measuring assistance on any product page before completing your purchase to schedule your session.
This service is available to registered customers at no additional cost.

THE MEASUREMENTS

Foot Size: For foot sizing, Celeris uses advanced 3D scanning technology from Volumental® to ensure precision and optimal fit. With a couple of scans on your mobile phone (no app installation required) you’ll obtain accurate data that helps us confirm your ideal Ready-to-Wear foot size. If you prefer not to use the scan, you may indicate your regular EU shoe size.

Calf Circumference: Stand upright with your weight evenly balanced on both legs, keeping your muscles relaxed. Have your assistant measure the widest part of your calf with a soft tape measure, parallel to the ground, gently touching the leg — not tight or loose. Measure both calves and record the larger value.

Boot Height: Wearing your riding tall socks, pull them up to where you’d like your boots to end, imagining the socks are your boots.
Then, bend slightly into a riding position and check that the socks lie flat behind the knee without scrunching. The socks should never cross the front of the knee.
Once you’re happy with the height, measure along the back of the leg from the floor at the back of your heel up to the top of the sock, as shown in our guide.
As a cross-check, compare this with the height of an existing pair of boots, but measure only the leather up the back seam, not including the heel.
Please do not add any centimetres; we require the height exactly as shown and indicated in the guide.

ADD TO CART & CHECKOUT

Once your measurements are entered, add the selected Ready-to-Wear model to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Ensure billing and shipping details are correct before confirming your order. If you selected the Request measuring assistance option, our team will contact you after checkout to arrange a short video call and confirm your measurements before production begins. For customers outside Europe, import duties or customs taxes may apply upon delivery (not included in the product price). For more information about international shipping or customs fees, please contact us through the Contact page.

5.

RECEIVE YOUR ORDER

After your order and measurements are confirmed, our team will prepare your boots for dispatch. Delivery usually occurs within 12 – 16 working days. Each pair is carefully inspected before shipment.

Please note: Ready-to-Wear sizing depends on the measurements submitted at checkout. If measurements are provided by the client without Celeris-guided assistance, Celeris cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies, and any size exchange may require an additional shipping fee. If you select Request measuring assistance, our team will review your measurements with you before dispatch to help minimise the risk of sizing issues.
