How to Order | Bespoke

Each pair of Bespoke Celeris boots is individually handcrafted to your exact measurements and design preferences. Here’s how to begin your journey.

1.

FIND AND CONTACT YOUR CELERIS REPRESENTATIVE

Start by locating your nearest Celeris representative or Measuring sales point on our Atelier & Representatives page. They will be your dedicated contact throughout the process, guiding you from consultation to delivery. You may also submit a product enquiry directly from any product page if you’d like to discuss a model before contacting a representative.

2.

DESIGN YOUR BOOTS

Your Celeris representative will assist you through every stage of the design: choosing the model, leather, and colour, defining details, and confirming final touches. Whether you prefer classic equestrian elegance or a bold, fashion-forward style, every choice reflects your individuality. A detailed quotation will then be provided for your selected design options.

3.

TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS

Once your design is confirmed, a fitting session will be arranged — either

• at one of our fitting locations,
• at one of our events,
• through a stable or riding facility visit, or
• via an online video consultation.

4.

PRODUCTION BEGINS

After your order is confirmed, our craftsmen begin creating your boots. Each bespoke, made-to-measure pair typically requires 7 – 10 weeks to complete.

5.

DELIVERY & FITTING

When your boots are ready, your Celeris representative will contact you to arrange delivery. For any follow-up or assistance, your representative remains your dedicated point of contact.
